Zhangjiagang Daxin Sewage Treatment Co., Ltd. affiliated to Jiangsu Xinfang Technology Group was established in February 2005. Located in Daxin Industry Cluster Area, Zhangjiagang, the company integrates the treatment of sewage, wool washing sewage, other organic industrial sewage and other sewage into a whole, with a daily processing capacity of 8,000 tons. All the sewage the company treats with related facilities reaches the indicators of discharge water; the company implements the new standard of Jiangsu Taihu Basin Water Pollutant Emission Limits; and the excess sludge will be burned in power station boilers after being processed by the existing sludge disposal facility. The company adopts hydrolytic acidification, oxidation ditch, catalytic oxidation and other biochemical treatment processes. Currently, the company has more than 20 employees and RMB 28 million fixed assets, and covers an area of 12,500 square meters. In 2014 alone, the company achieved RMB 9.52 million sales income and RMB 1.73 million taxes and profits. It is predicted that the economic indicators will grow by 15% in 2015.
In order to implement the environmental standards and meet regional water pollution control requirements, the company has undergone times of expansions and transformations ever since its inception.
Phase I project was started construction in September 2003 and was put into operation after completion in January 2004. Design daily processing capacity: 3,000tons. COD discharge indicator ≤100mg/l.
Phase II project was started construction in February 2006 and was put into operation after completion in October 2006. The daily processing capacity was expanded by 5,000 tons, COD discharge indicator ≤80mg/l.
The upgrading and reconstruction project was started construction in June 2008 and was put into operation after completion in February 2009. Daily processing capacity: 8,000tons, COD discharge indicator ≤60mg/l, ammonia nitrogen discharge indicator ≤60mg/l, total phosphorus discharge indicator ≤ 0.5mg / l.
Harmless sludge treatment comprehensive utilization project was started construction in November 2009 and was put into operation after completion in February 2011. Process 300 tons of sludge with a water content of 95% to a water content of 45%, then the treated sludge is burned in power plant boilers as fuel mixed in coal.
