On the afternoon of July 5, the supervision and evaluation team of the municipal enterprise compliance supervision Committee came to Xinfang to carry out the pre-compliance assessment and acceptance of enterprises on the construction of the two key compliance areas of safety production and tax credit declared by Xinfang. By listening to reports, consulting materials, random inquiries, on-site inspections, etc., the review team compared the 45 items of safe production and 45 items of tax credit listed in the "Zhangjiagang City Enterprise Compliance Construction Management Guidelines-April 2023", combined with compliance implementation and Effectiveness conducted a comprehensive and detailed evaluation.

At the acceptance meeting, Xinfang's compliance management representative reported in detail the gains and losses of the company's work in establishing a compliance culture concept, establishing a compliance department, improving relevant systems, and training employees' compliance awareness since the company took the initiative to apply for compliance. Xinfang has made continuous progress towards the goal of compliance management through comprehensive control in the six major units of organization system, system system, training and publicity, supervision and assessment, risk treatment and information statistics. After the inspection, the experts of the review team will give on-site feedback on the deficiencies and weaknesses in the compliance work, and evaluate the expected results of the acceptance work.
