Inner Mongolia Jiutai New Material Co., Ltd. polyethylene glycol production line wastewater treatment project
The wastewater treatment project of polyethylene glycol production line of Inner Mongolia Jiutai New Materials Co., Ltd. mainly deals with waste liquid generated in the production process of polyethylene glycol, washing water, washing water and cooling water of production equipment. The processing scale of the project is 12000m3/d, the main process adopts "AAO ceramic membrane ultrafiltration RO reverse osmosis", ultrafiltration effluent part after reverse osmosis treatment to meet the "urban sewage recycling industrial water quality" (GB/T 19923-2005) in the cooling water and boiler make-up water standard reuse, the rest of the direct discharge.
